Dear Business Partners,
Please take note that effectively immediately, all legal firms are required to forward their Confirmation to Drawdown (CTD) Advice with the original security documents required for drawdown at that stage. The Bank will no longer allow disbursement of any financing facility until all necessary/available physical documents required at the particular stage have been forwarded to Lodgement Section, Collateral Management Utility (CMU). Please take note that any non-compliance and/or late submission of physical security documents will result in a delay in drawdown and the Bank shall not be responsible for any late payment interest/penalty incurred as a result of the above. For further details, please refer to your respective emails.
